Cando Apartments Ltd. ( is seeking an enthusiastic, resourceful AR clerk with a CAN-DO attitude and a commitment to excellence to join our dynamic and well established property management team. This position, reporting to the Office Manager will oversee the accounts receivable functions for a portfolio of multi-residential properties.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a fast paced, high volume accounting role combined with accurate data entry and the ability to think outside the box to problem solve discrepancies.

Previous experience with AR, GL & Bank Reconciliations preferably within Property Management

Strong computer literacy skills including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsible and accountable for the quality and accuracy of your work

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to communicate professionally at all levels

Ability to work within a team as well as independently

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Ability to determine job priorities to achieve highest efficiency and meet deadlines

Experience and Qualifications:

High school diploma (or equivalent) is required. Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance, or other related discipline is preferred

Two years previous AR experience

Strong computer skills
